Lesson Bundle and Monthly Membership Policy

By purchasing any lesson bundle or enrolling in a monthly membership, clients agree to the following terms.

1. Lesson Bundles
Lesson bundles are paid in full at the time of purchase. All bundle sales are final and non refundable. Bundles do not expire and may be used toward lessons at any time. If an injury or schedule interruption occurs, the remaining lessons stay on your account until you are ready to return.

2. Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships include a set number of lessons per billing cycle. Lessons must be used within that month and do not roll over.

3. Travel Fee
If the trainer travels to your location and you are the only scheduled lesson at that stop, a fifty dollar travel fee will be added to your session.

4. Refunds for Memberships
Once a new billing cycle begins, no refunds or partial credits will be issued for that month.

5. Cancellations and No Shows
A minimum of twenty four hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson. Cancellations made with less than twenty four hours’ notice count as one of your lessons for the month or will be deducted from your bundle. Missed sessions without notice are treated the same.

6. Policy Acceptance
Purchasing a bundle or membership indicates acceptance of these terms.
